Tender Details

1. Through this current assignment, the Contracting Authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement in accordance with Article 43, paragraph 4 of the Public Contracts Act of 17 June 2016 with one (1) Entrepreneur. 2. The assignment includes repairing and renewing roofs of all involved building parts on Campus Gasthuisberg, Campus Pellenberg and Campus Sint-Rafaël. In total this concerns a roof area of ​​10.3775 hectares, divided over various roof types. The works include both partial and complete roof renovations, including: - demolition works: removal of existing roof structures, including insulation, waterproofing and finishing layers, and selective dismantling where necessary; - minor repairs, such as replacing plastic skylights damage to roof coverings or curbs, repairs to gutter and drainage systems; - complete repairs of the roof package, such as renewing the entire roof structure including vapor barrier, insulation, waterproofing layers, and finishing layers, as well as adjusting roof details, connections and penetrations. The works carried out are registered in Aproplan. 3. The calls within this framework agreement will probably have a value between € 2, 500 and € 50, 000 excl. VAT. The calls are dependent of various external factors, including correlation with other renovation projects or new construction projects, freeing up rooms, etc. and can therefore not be determined in advance. 4.
