General installation service: layout and stand equipment. Rental of event furniture and equipment. Rental of marquees, tents and structures. Rental of refrigerated display cases. This framework agreement concerns the rental supply stands and furniture for the development of event spaces as well as associated installation services for the needs of events taking place on the sites of the Palais des Congrès and the Tours Exhibition Center. The object of the framework agreement is to allow the BUYER to order from its HOLDER, by means of purchase orders issued during the period of validity of the framework agreement, supplies and/or other services: 1) The wording of which appears in the price list framework agreement (BPU) for each lot, 2) The wording of which does not appear in said BPU but in the (updated) version of the HOLDER's catalog, in force on the date of issue, by the BUYER, of the purchase order(s).
