The purpose of this framework agreement is to establish the reference standards for contracts based during the execution of the same, of the works, actions and installations in the buildings of centers educational buildings, municipal buildings, sports centers and elementary sports facilities, as well as in the free spaces of the plot of said buildings, green areas and works on public roads whose jurisdiction corresponds to the District, provided that they are intended for the operational functioning of the services and/or public use. The purpose of the lot is the renovation, repair and conservation works of the buildings used for educational centers (preschool and primary education centers, nursery schools and special education centers) whose jurisdiction corresponds to the District.
