The Heilig Hart Ziekenhuis Lier wishes to proceed with the tender for the renewal, support and maintenance of the current Alcatel Oxe with Crystal Gateway.
The current setup is a hybrid-cloud setup.
Both analog and digital lines are still in use.
Further use is made made from both fixed and DECT telephones. The latter use both rBS dect antennas and xBS dect antennas.
Mobicall alarm servers are used for reporting alarms.
We also work with Alcatel Visual Automated Attendant (VAA), Alcatel Contact Centers, Audio codes SBCs and Teams Direct Routing.
The assignment consists of:
- switch to a redundant setup completely on-prem
- provide maintenance on both telephone exchanges and Mobicall alarm servers.
- to provide support for both telephone exchanges and Mobicall alarm servers.
- carrying out the necessary updates on both telephone exchanges and Mobicall alarm servers.
- partial switch to Teams direct routing
- determining the replacement period + replacing the current emergency batteries if necessary
- management via a dynamic licensing model
- price list for telephones to replace existing devices
If necessary, redundancy must be provided.
