This contract is a works contract relating to the conclusion of a framework agreement relating to the services of an approved electrician for carrying out one-off repairs, maintenance, compliance, modification, etc. adaptation or extension of existing electrical installations within properties owned or managed by partner contracting authorities, located in the territory of the City of Herstal. The market is launched jointly by the Régie Communale Autonomous URBEO and the Autonomous Municipal Authority Herstal Sports, URBEO acting as pilot contracting authority in accordance with article 48 of the law of June 17, 2016 relating to public procurement.
