Lot n°1 - Alps - Maritimes Lot n°2 - Hautes - Alpes Lot n°3 - Savoie and Haute - Savoie This consultation concerns a single-award framework agreement, with purchase orders, aimed at carrying out technical inspection (CT) missions with the Solideo Alpes 2030. The market includes basic missions and complementary missions. This framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount in accordance with article R. 2162-4-2° of the Public Order Code. The amount annual maximum in euros excluding tax per lot is as follows: - Lot 1: 785, 000 euro(s) excluding tax; - Lot 2: 360, 000 euro(s) excluding tax; - Lot 3: 250, 000 euro(s) excluding tax. The context of the framework agreement, as well as the details of the missions are specified in the Technical Clauses Particulars of the framework agreement (CCTP). Some of the missions described therein are likely to take place concurrently given the simultaneous forward planning of all the projects. The scope of intervention is divided into different areas: Haute-Savoie, Savoie, Briançon and Nice Côte d'Azur. The scope of intervention specific to each batch is detailed in article 2.2 of the CCTP. It is specified that the list of works appearing therein is not exhaustive.
