Tender Details

This consultation concerns a single-award framework agreement, with purchase orders, aimed at carrying out technical control (CT) missions with Solideo Alpes 2030. The contract includes basic missions and missions complementary. This framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount in accordance with article R. 2162-4-2° of the Public Order Code. The maximum annual amount in euros excluding VAT per lot is as follows: - Lot 1: 785, 000 euro(s) HT; - Lot 2: 360, 000 euro(s) excluding tax; - Lot 3: 250, 000 euro(s) excluding tax. The context of the framework agreement, as well as the details of the missions are specified in the Specification of Special Technical Clauses of the framework agreement (CCTP). Some of the missions there described are likely to take place concurrently given the simultaneous forward planning of all the projects. The scope of intervention is divided into different centers: Haute-Savoie, Savoie, Briançon and Nice Côte Azure. The scope of intervention specific to each batch is detailed in article 2.2 of the CCTP. It is specified that the list of works appearing therein is not exhaustive.
