Framework agreement relating to the supply of fuels The purpose of this multi-awardee framework agreement (maximum 4 awardees) is to supply, transport and unload fuel (Diesel, SP and B100) to storage locations. The fuels are comply with environmental standards and must make it possible to achieve the performance levels offered by the different diesel (EEV), gasoline, ethanol, etc. engines. The Holders must provide, under this framework agreement, a diesel fuel of maximum sulfur content equal to 10 mg/Kg. This framework agreement defines the terms governing the contracts awarded on its basis, hereinafter referred to as subsequent contracts.
