Tender Details

1) The contracting authority wishes to be able to make bicycles available to members of its staff, who will bear the entire financial burden through the conversion of their end-of-year allowance. At the end of the lease, the bike can be bought back by the worker for an amount fixed at the start. In addition to making the bike available, the bidder must offer maintenance, roadside assistance and assistance services. It may, if necessary, offer other services (management of the bicycle park, etc.) 2) The Zone Council of the VHP Relief Zone has established the terms of a regulation organizing the conversion of all or part of the end-of-year allowance of staff members into a budget making it possible to finance the benefits in as part of a bike lease. This regulation is annexed to these special specifications so that this public contract must comply with this regulation, aiming to enable its full execution. 3) This contract is concluded in the form of a framework agreement which will be concluded with a single successful bidder. Each bicycle order will constitute a subsequent contract, based on this framework agreement. These subsequent contracts will be awarded within the limits of the conditions set out in l-accord-cadre.
