Tender Details

The framework agreement will be executed through the conclusion of subsequent contracts. Each lot will be awarded separately. Each lot will be awarded to a maximum of 4 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers).1 The services are settled by fixed prices. Framework agreement for the award of subsequent contracts for routine work to be carried out on buildings and various university roads and networks. On each of the lots concerned in the framework agreement (except lot 10 asbestos removal), each holder undertakes for the execution over the total duration of this framework agreement (including the renewal period) to carry out a volume of hours reserved for insertion of five (5) hours per tranche of ten thousand (10, 000) euros excluding VAT contracts notified, for a set of subsequent contracts at least equal to 140, 000 euro(s) excluding tax. These hours are added as subsequent contracts are notified.
