Title: Framework agreement relating to the rental of pressurized photographic aircraft
Subject: The availability of the IGN aircraft fleet may occasionally prove to be insufficient to meet future aerial acquisition programs including the establishment at the charge. Therefore, the IGNwishes to have the capacity to rent a pressurized photographic plane and its flight crew as part of occasional reinforcements. This plane will have to be able to carry a large format camera as well as the associated flight photographer. This rental will be carried out under low preopinion (deadline to be specified in the offer) and for a maximum duration of one month within the framework of this multi-awardee contract.
