CSC2026-13 - 1 As part of its post-management activities carried out at former landfills previously rehabilitated, SPAQuE carries out in particular the management and treatment of one of the products generated by the waste stored on these sites, namely: leachate. To do this, SPAQuE uses a significant number of submerged pumps placed in wells also used to extract biogas produced by the biodegradation of waste. The pumped leachate is then directed, via a network of collectors, either towards a temporary storage basin, or towards a treatment plant allowing the recovered products to be treated on site. The operations envisaged within the framework of these special specifications therefore consist of a control and general maintenance of all of these leachate pumps present on the sites of Anton (Andenne), Erpion (Froidchapelle), Fontilloi (Namur), Hensies, Isnes (Gembloux), Limoy (Namur), Ormont (Tournai), Chêne à l'Image (Châtelet) and Mellery (Villers-la-Ville); including any repair or replacement operations of said pumps as well as all supplies and installation of new ancillary accessories such as stainless steel cables, pressure gauges, flow detectors, electrical cables, etc. In addition to the general maintenance of the pumps themselves, the operations will also consist of maintenance of the pumped leachate evacuation network.
