Regulatory checks and maintenance of fire extinguishing systems: Fire extinguishers, RIA, Dry Columns and similar installations (all brands) in various buildings. Annual verification and maintenance of detection system means, access control and alert devices Maintenance and verification of automatic doors and other closing means The purpose of the consultation is the maintenance of emergency means, closing and securing equipment for premises. In application of articles L.2113-6 to L.2113-7 of the Public Procurement Code, the consultation is carried out within the framework of the permanent order group for recurring needs. BREST METROPOLE is coordinator of this group of orders. In application of article L. 2112-2 of the public procurement code, the framework agreement which will be concluded at the end of this consultation will contain conditions of execution aimed at protecting the environment. Pursuant to article L. 2112-2 of the Public Procurement Code, lots 1 and 2 contain execution conditions relating to the social field and employment. The initial duration of the framework agreement is set from January 1, 2027, or notification if it is subsequent, to December 31, 2030.
