Endpoint Protection and Detection (EDR/EPP) Solution Security Information and Event Monitoring (SIEM) Solution Solution of Web application firewall (WAF) Solution for securing email flows (Anti-spam/Antiphishing) The aim of this contract is to entrust one or more specialized service providers with the implementation and the exploitation of detection solutions, supervision, protection of the information system allowing: - Implementation and operation of detection and response tools, in particular monitoring solutions type EDR / EPP, SIEM and SOAR; - Security supervision of the information system of health establishments; - Detection of cybersecurity events and incidents, including abnormal behavior and advanced threats; - Qualification, analysis and prioritization of alerts; - Incident response assistance, in coordination with internal teams and with the CERT Health and possibly with the CERT-FR; - Reduction of detection (MTTD) and reaction (MTTR) times; - The production of reporting, indicators and recommendations contributing to continuous improvement of the security level.
