The purpose of this framework agreement is the creation, replacement and maintenance of access control equipment installations. The location of the different sites corresponding to the Plaine Commune Habitat agencies is detailed in the heritage list. The contract is allocated and comprises two lots in total: Lot 1: North and North-East Agencies Lot 2: East and South Agencies. Each candidate can respond to one or more lots. However, the same candidate may only be allocated one batch. Lots 1 and 2 of this contract are not broken down into tranches. No variation is imposed under lots 1 and 2 of this framework agreement. The presentation of free variants is not authorized for the lots of this framework agreement. The agreement framework is concluded for an initial period of 1 year, from January 1, 2027, or its date of notification if this is later, and until December 31, 2027. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its end. The number of periods of renewal is set at three (3). The duration of each renewal period is one (1) year. The maximum duration of the framework agreement, all periods combined, is 4 years. The renewal is considered accepted if there is no written decision to the contrary is taken by the Buyer at least 3 months before the end of the period of validity of the framework agreement.
