Tender Details

The purpose of this consultation is the connection work to the sanitation and drinking water networks in the territory of the Terres Touloises community of communes. The services will be the subject of a multi-awardee framework agreement for a firm period of 4 years, i.e. the years 2026 to 2029. The maximum number of beneficiaries is set at three. The maximum cumulative amount of this framework agreement - over the duration of the contract - is set at 5, 400, 000.00 euros (excl. VAT). The Client - depending on the importance of the work to be carried out - may: - either issue purchase orders (awarded in accordance with the so-called "in turn" rule) for operations less than 30, 000.00 euros (excl. VAT), - or award subsequent contracts for the operations greater than 30, 000.00 euros (excluding tax).
