This framework agreement takes place within the framework of the Gaume Natural Park purchasing center. Its purpose is to designate one or more service providers to carry out several stages of a global, long-term real estate strategy in a carbon neutrality objective by 2040 for municipal administrations having joined the purchasing center and having expressed their interest in this market. This real estate strategy involves the following steps for each municipality: 1. Purchase of meters and monitoring of consumption and air quality 2. Complete a building-by-building summary sheet; 3. Carrying out energy audits; 4. Carrying out pre-feasibility studies for RES systems; 5. Formulation of needs current and future; 6. Prioritization of buildings to be renovated; 7. Investment strategy; 8. Establishment of an action plan; 9. Assessment of human resource needs for the implementation of the action plan. This service contract only concerns steps 3 and 4 which are repeated in batch form. Energy audits These audits must be carried out by an approved UREBA auditor. Energy audits must make it possible, based on a detailed analysis of site data, to draw up a costed and reasoned proposal for energy saving and renewable energy production program(s) and lead the project owner to decide on appropriate investments.
