Framework agreement relating to AMO missions for the implementation of the initial state of the PLUHM environment and the environmental assessment of the PLUHM and the PCAET of Brest Métropole
Purpose: This consultation is to conclude a mono-attribute framework agreement giving rise to the conclusion of subsequent markets and the issue of order pleas having as its object of assistance missions to Contracting authority for the realization of the initial state of the environment of the local urban plan of Brest Métropole, holding place of mobility plan and local housing program, and the environmental evaluation of the PLUHM and Of the Territorial Energy Climate Plan. The subsequent market n ° 1 is part of this consultation. As regards the subsequent market n ° 1, the consultation has passed under article R. 2162-2 of the public procurement code for the award of A market subsequent to framework agreement n ° 2004-2005.
