The purpose of the service concerns regulatory controls and maintenance of industrial and tertiary installations of Ventilation, Air Conditioning and domestic hot water production of "TAC" Combustion Turbine electricity production sites operated by EDF.

Lot 1 - Reg controlHVAC elementary and maintenance - Ile de France region (Sites of Arrighi, CETCO, Gennevilliers, Montereau, Vaires and the Champagne sur Oise store)

Carry out regulatory controls and maintenance of industrial and tertiary installations of Ventilation, Air conditioning and production of water"HVAC" domestic hot water at the TAC sites in Arrighi, CETCO, Gennevilliers, Montereau, Vaires and the Champagne store in Oise

The services include in particular:

• preventive maintenance of Air Conditioners and associated Cooling Units (see inventories in appendices)

• Checking the tightness ofs Refrigerant Fluids

• Periodic inspections and requalifications of Cold Units Air Conditioners subject to ESP

• Thermography control of the electrical cabinets of the air conditioning/ventilation systems

• Legionella analyzes of fixed domestic hot water tanks and living bases

• control or remplacement of Disconnectors

• control of ventilation flow in premises with specific and non-specific pollution (list of premises in annex to the CCTP)

Lot 2 - Regulatory controls and maintenance of HVAC installations - Brittany Region (Dirinon and Brennilis sites)
