The system has it covered more than 95% of water supply and public drainage facilities. The platform on which the data is collected is based on the Siemens WinCC OA and General Electric IFIX application platforms, and in order to successfully maintain the existing system without disrupting the transmission process data (signaling, measurements and commands), and communication in the system, the Executor is required to have experience in maintaining related systems. Most facilities do not have a permanent crew, and the loss of supervision and management over them would cause significant difficulties in continuous and safe supply of drinking water to consumers, while the drainage system is completely autonomous and therefore dependent on the functioning of the supervisory management...
