Framework agreement regarding total advice in relation to renovation of low-rise buildings for Brøndby Boligselskab department 605-608 Tender with negotiation The tender concerns a framework agreement for total advice and assistance in connection with the complete renovation of Brøndby Boligselskabs low-rise buildings. The low-rise buildings are located Dyringparken 94-122 (even numbers), Dyringparken 64-92 (even numbers), Hallingparken 9-33 (odd numbers), Hallingparken 24-54 (even numbers) and Ulsøparken 23-53 (odd numbers), all in 2660 Brøndby Strand. The project includes total consultation through all phases of the project for the four departments with a view to later implementation as a main contractor in connection with the renovation of Brøndby Boligselskab's low-rise buildings (4 floors with basement) and associated nearby outdoor areas. The project includes a total of a living space of approx. 73, 000 m2 spread over 702 homes. The projects under the agreement are divided into 5 projects: 1) Project 1: Total advice for extended outline proposal, i.e. until submission of form A application for all four departments, 2) Project 2: Total advice from approved form A up to and including a 1-year review for department 605, 3) Project 3: Total advice from approved form A up to and including 1-year review for department 606, 4) Project 4: Total consultancy from approved form A up to and including 1-year review for dept. 607, 5) Project 5: Total advice from approved form A up to and including 1-year review for department 608.
