Framework agreement regarding land and beach management B has a functional agreement regarding the supervision, care and corrective maintenance of land, land equipment, parts of the building as well as certain administrative and technical services (the "Land Maintenance Agreement"). B also has one functional agreement regarding the cleaning of the beach and land in the form of supervision, care and corrective maintenance (the "Beach Maintenance Agreement"). Within the framework of the above agreement, for additional areas and in potential situations where none of the agreements is applicable, does B need a framework agreement for ongoing calls regarding land and beach management.
