B has a functional agreement regarding the supervision, care and corrective maintenance of land, land equipment, parts of the building as well as certain administrative and technical services (the "Land Maintenance Agreement"). B also has a functional agreement regarding beach cleaning and land in the form of supervision, care and corrective maintenance (the "Beach Maintenance Agreement"). Within the framework of the above agreement, as well as in potential situations where none of the agreements are applicable, B needs a framework agreement for ongoing calls regarding land and beach maintenance. The scope of the framework agreement appears in detail in the procurement documents.
