This advertisement refers partly to a framework agreement regarding premises maintenance and partly to a framework agreement regarding high-altitude cleaning and window cleaning. Both framework agreements are divided into two tender areas and tenders can be submitted for one or two tender area/s. The procurements are carried out by Gnesta Förvaltnings AB, but the framework agreements must also cover the needs of the company's sister companies Gnestahem AB and Heureka Gnesta 32:8 AB. The procurements are carried out with the intention of entering into framework agreements with three suppliers per tender area, on the condition that as many tenders can assumed as a result of the procurement. The framework agreement regarding premises maintenance applies to needs within the client's business and property holdings. The majority of the need that will be met by means of this framework agreement concerns the client's administrative premises (preschools, schools, etc.), but assignments can also occur regarding, for example, stairwell cleaning, moving cleaning, construction cleaning and other nearby housekeeping services (however, not high-altitude cleaning or window cleaning). Within the framework of the upcoming commitment it will partly be requested that the supplier carry out specific premises maintenance commitments/assignments, partly to provide substitute premises maintenance staff if necessary to replace the client's own staff (for example in case of illness) for the performance of housekeeping work.
