The National Data Portal Road Traffic (NDW) would like to have the drug "reference measurements" for motor vehicles. The aim of this tender from NDW is to contract an independent supplier who can carry out reference measurements on specific measurement locations of NDW or its partners at the request of NDW on an irregular basis and yields a report with results and findings. It is primarily about measuring intensities, speeds and vehicle length categories. NDW sets requirements for accuracy (deviation from reality) and (in) reliability (to what extent there are major deviations).
