The client needs the recording and streaming of political meetings. Normally around 10 municipal council meetings are held per year, in addition to extraordinary meetings and other political meetings when necessary. The delivery must include: Streaming of all relevant meetings in real time. Availability of live broadcasts via the client's web portal. Availability of recordings via the client's web portal after the end of the meeting. Storage, operation and availability of recordings and associated material. The supplier is responsible for recording and streaming being carried out at agreed times and in accordance with the framework agreement. The client must, as far as is practically possible, give the supplier an overview of planned meetings in advance. The client must own the finished recordings and all material produced as part of the assignment, and have exclusive rights to use, publication and distribution of this material.
