Framework agreement for the purchase of vans The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the purchase of vans with a supplier for the duration of the framework agreement. The Hydrological Department operates a national network of measuring stations and does a lot of water flow measurements throughout the country. The cars will therefore also be used for some long-distance driving, and good comfort is therefore also important. The cars will be used in NVE's field operations. Primarily for use on normal roads, but in some cases on slightly poor gravel and mountain roads. The cars will be equipped with furnishings and drawer shelves, and there is a need for some equipment. The cars therefore need a relatively high available load capacity and payload, and a practically satisfactory range. The scope of the acquisition is estimated at a value of approx. NOK 8, 000, 000 for the client's total consumption of the agreement's products during the agreement period. The framework agreement's maximum value is NOK 10, 000, 000.
