Tender Details

The City of Courbevoie is launching a consultation for the conclusion of a framework agreement for subsequent multi-awardee contracts. In fact, a maximum of 4 companies may be selected, and will be put back into competition throughout the duration of the framework agreement. When a subsequent contract arises, the City will define its need, by means of a Breakdown of the overall and fixed price which must be completed with the contractual list prices and one or more discount rates if applicable. For the present framework agreement, holders are therefore invited to submit a DPGF (for subsequent contract no. 1) by completing the documents provided and applying the prices from their catalogs. The amount of the subsequent contract results from the offer submitted by the holder. The description of the services and their technical specifications are indicated in the Specifications of Special Clauses (CCP)
