Framework agreement for the purchase, repair, conversion and fitting of tyres Through this competition, the client wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase, repair, conversion and installation of car tires for cars, vans and trucks, as well as any other associated equipment and services. Two framework agreements are to be entered into. A framework agreement for the delivery of tyres, etc. for the car and van segment, and an agreement for the delivery of tyres, etc. to the truck segment. The same supplier can be awarded both contracts. The client is Stavanger municipality, Stavanger municipality v. Nature and Sports and Renovation IKS. In addition, municipal and private units and institutions that are mainly financed by municipal operating support from the municipality must be covered by the agreement on the same terms as the client. See appendix "competition rules" for further information. Please read the document carefully before submission.
