The client acquires a significant number of properties and homes in connection with the implementation of road projects. Some of these properties will be demolished immediately, while a significant proportion will be retained and rented out temporarily pending further development. The largest portfolio of rental housing is linked to the E16 Arna-Stanghelle project, which stretches between Arna and Vaksdal. It is expected that this volume will be maintained during the agreement period. A framework agreement must be entered into with one supplier. The purpose of the agreement is to ensure a uniform, efficient and standardized administration of the rental business in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. Documents
