Tender Details

The purpose of this framework agreement is the development, preparation, packaging and delivery of cold meals for school catering in the municipality of MAULETTE (78). It is passed according to the procedure adapted in application of the articles L 2123-1 and R2123-1, R2123-4 and R2123-5 of the Public Procurement Code. This single-awardee framework agreement will be executed by means of purchase orders in accordance with articles L2125-1, R2162-1 et seq., R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Code of public order. The framework agreement takes effect from the date of its notification, in accordance with articles R2182-4 and R2182-5 of the Public Procurement Code. Services begin on September 1, 2026 for a period of one year, renewable twice. Each renewal runs for a period of one year; i.e. a maximum duration of 3 years
