This consultation relates to a framework agreement for purchase orders concerning: Mission to identify materials containing asbestos and lead As part of its regulatory obligations relating to the prevention of risks linked to asbestos and exposure to lead in built buildings, VAL D'OISE HABITAT is responsible for carrying out research for asbestos and lead in its real estate assets, for compiling and communicating the information to the people concerned and according to the cases of implementing the obligations resulting from the results of these identifications. In this context, the purpose of this framework agreement with purchase orders is to designate a holder to carry out in the various buildings constructed by VAL D'OISE HABITAT the following services: - Asbestos detection mission. - Preparation of tracking reports. - Carrying out Lead Exposure Risk Reports. Place(s) of execution: Val d-Oise Habitat heritage complex. To the extent that neither the rhythm nor the extent or nature of the interventions cannot be determined precisely, the contracting authority has decided to use a split contract in the form of a purchase order contract, in accordance with articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
