This consultation concerns: - Diagnostics relating to the presence of asbestos and PAH - Diagnostics relating to the presence of lead - Diagnostics of biological alteration - PEMD diagnostics These missions are one-off and will be carried out throughout the metropolitan territory. The works concerned are all properties of which Grenoble-Alpes Métropole is the owner, user, tenant, etc. They may be tertiary buildings, work premises or technical centers operations, recycling centers, sports or cultural facilities and even technical premises. The services are divided into two geographical lots. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum and with the following maximums over the duration total of 4 years: Lot 1: 100, 000 euro(s) excluding tax Lot 2: 100, 000 euro(s) excluding tax Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation. Services are regulated by unit prices
