FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE ORDERS FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF SURVEYING SERVICES

The framework agreement for purchase orders which is the subject of the consultation concerns the provision of surveyor services.

The services give rise to the conclusion of a single-awardee framework agreement for each lot, in application of articles R. 2162-1 et seq. of the public procurement code.

These services may notably include:

- Land interventions

- Interventions linked to general studies

- Interventions linked to infrastructure works

- Interventions linked to marketing

-Other interventions

These interventions will be carried out on the various development operations carried out by TerreSpecial Technical Clauses (CCTP).

Purchase orders will be issued as the buyer's needs arise.
