FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE ORDERS FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE MISSIONS (AMO) REGARDING RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO ASBESTOS AND LEAD The purpose of this consultation is to carry out project management assistance missions (AMO) in terms of risks linked to exposure to asbestos and lead in the context of rehabilitation operations, acquisition-improvement, replacement of components, demolition, residentialization and/or transfer of assets on the assets of the SA THE RESIDENCES. This consultation took the form of an open call for tenders, in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2124-2 and R. 2124-2 1° of the Public Procurement Code. In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2113-10, L. 2113-11 and R. 2113-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the BUYER has chosen not to allocate. The subject of this contract does not allow the identification of distinct services. This contract is concluded in the form of a public service contract intellectuals at a unit price. This contract is processed in the form of a multi-awardee framework agreement within the meaning of article R. 2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, which is executed by issuing purchase orders in accordance with articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the aforementioned Code.
