Framework agreement for purchase orders for Periodic Detailed Inspections of tunnels - Acquisition Framework agreement for purchase orders for Periodic Detailed Inspections of tunnels - Inspection This Framework Agreement concerns the provision of Periodic Detailed Inspection (IDP) services for tunnels in the motorway sector operated by Escota The framework agreement relates in particular to thermography and high-definition imaging/scanning services, mapping, statistics, identification of reservations to be raised on site, production of Periodic Detailed Inspection (IDP) reports with rating according to the provisional Image Quality Structure (IQOA) method. For information, the Escota network has 23 tunnels, i.e. 43 tubes, for a total length of 26.3km. The IDPs will cover part of these tunnels. The framework agreement relates in particular to inspection services in contact with reserves and regulatory supplements, production of reports Periodic Detailed Inspections of tunnels with final IQOA rating.
