FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE ORDERS FOR THE MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMMUNAL ROADS OF THE CITY OF DIEPPE The consultation took place under a formalized procedure and will result in the conclusion of a multi-awardee framework agreement with vouchers. order (principle of cascading between the holders of the framework agreement). The terms and conditions for placing purchase orders and the conditions for price revision are explained respectively in the Specifications of Special Administrative Clauses (CCAP).
