The consultation initiated aims to conclude a framework agreement as regulated by articles R.2162-1 et seq. of the public procurement code. The purpose of the framework agreement is to establish the rules relating to the purchase orders that will be issued for the provision of surveyor services as part of the following operations, being the subject of two separate lots, which will each be the subject of a separate framework agreement: - Lot n°01: ZAC Long Buisson 3 The services of this lot concern the operation development project Long Buisson 3 located in the municipalities of Guichainville, Angerville-la-Campagne and Evreux. This ZAC represents an approximate area of ​​60 ha (the perimeter of the ZAC is attached to the consultation documents). A first phase development was carried out on this operation, on which part of the land division was carried out. - Lot n°02: ZAC Saint-Louis The services of this lot concerning the Saint-Louis development operation located in the commune of Evreux. This ZAC represents an approximate area of ​​4.9 ha (the ZAC perimeter is attached to the consultation documents).
