Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are regulated by unit prices. The amounts Estimates are indicative and include all renewal periods. This framework agreement with purchase orders aims to meet the needs of the following department: For the provision of environmental studies: - to have all the bibliographic data and in situ surveys necessary to characterize a site and/or an operation; - to have all the necessary expertise in order to assess the environmental issues and sensitivities linked to a site and/or an operation, anticipate possible impacts and implement appropriate measures as part of the ERCA approach; - to have all the preliminary studies and environmental expertise necessary for consultation with State services as well as as for the preparation of regulatory files; - to obtain administrative authorizations (particularly in environmental matters) linked to the projects.
