FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE ORDERS FOR ENGINEERING AND GEOTECHNICAL STUDIES MISSIONS The purpose of this consultation is to carry out engineering and geotechnical studies missions in the context of new construction operations, rehabilitation, acquisition-improvement, demolition, residentialization and/or transfer of assets on the assets of SA LES RÉSIDENCES, which extends over the departments of Yvelines and Essonne. This consultation has passed in the form of an open call for tenders, in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2124-2 and R. 2124-2 1° of the Public Procurement Code. In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2113-10, L. 2113-11 and R. 2113-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the BUYER has chosen not to allot. The subject of this contract does not allow the identification of distinct services. This contract is concluded in the form of a public contract for intellectual services at a unit price.
