Tender Details

The subject of this consultation is a framework agreement for purchase orders in the field of carrying out drinking water supply works, maintenance and repair of the Perdreauville and Surrounding Water Union (SEPE) network (78). THE This contract is awarded according to the procedure adapted in application of articles L2123-1 and R2123-1 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code. The services covered by this contract will be processed by successive purchase order. The minimum contract amount is of 80, 000 euros excluding taxes per year and the maximum amount of 500, 000 euros excluding taxes per year. Purchase orders will be notified by the SEPE as and when required. The duration of the contract is 6 years from the date of notification to the company
