The consultation aims to purpose of carrying out checks on unoccupied property at the EPF Hauts-de-France. Each inspection includes a visual technical visit of the site, outside and inside, covering the condition of the exterior spaces, the type and condition of security, the exterior and interior structure, the meters and signs of unsanitary conditions; the qualification of the disorders observed and their level of criticality; the drafting of a photographic and commented visit report, accompanied by work recommendations; as well as small safety interventions that can be carried out on site without specific means.
