Formalized procedure (art L2124-1 of the Code) of the open tender type (art L2124-2 of the Code) in accordance with articles R2124-1 & 2 and R2161-2 to 5 of the Code. The buyer decides to use a framework agreement in accordance with articles R2162-1 to -6 of the Code of public order For each lot, this is a single-award framework agreement for services which will be executed by issuing purchase orders notified by the buyer as and when required.
