The object of this assignment is to conclude a framework agreement, with one contractor, for 48 months (2 years + 1 + 1 year), for the supply of Obinutuzumab INJ 40 ml 1000 mg, to the hospitals that will participate in this group purchase. The H. Hartziekenhuis Mol acts for this assignment as a purchasing center within the meaning of Article 47 §2 and Article 129 of the law of 17 June 2016. This means that H. Hartziekenhuis Mol acts on behalf of the various contracting authorities for this assignment. will act in the capacity of contracting authority. The central purchasing body will apply the public procurement procedure according to the instructions and in the name and on behalf of the contracting authorities involved. After the procedure, the purchasing center may award the government contract if consensus has been reached on this by the contracting authorities.
