Framework agreement for the purchase of legal services The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework agreement for the delivery of legal services. The procurement is divided into two sub-areas: Sub-area 1) State aid with associated legal areas Sub-area 2) General legal assistanceSee detailed description of sub-area under point 2.3.2. The supplier can enter into an offer for either one or both sub-areas. A separate evaluation will take place for each sub-area, and a framework agreement will be awarded per subarea. The same supplier may be assigned agreement for both sub-areas. Siva has internal legal resources with good expertise in the legal areas that are most central to the company. The acquisition must cover the need for a lack of capacity or the need for specialist expertise beyond Siva's own resources hair. In addition, the external supplier must be a sparring partner when necessary in the ongoing legal work.
