Framework agreement for the purchase of construction cost estimates PURPOSE AND SCOPE The agreement includes all necessary subject areas to prepare a complete cost estimate for rehabilitation projects and in some cases smaller new buildings. The framework agreement will also be used for quality assurance of Boligbygg's own calculations/cost estimates. LCC calculation may also occur. Cost estimation can be included in a single phase or several phases of projects. Boligbygg implements projects in several forms of contract. Most used is client-managed contracts and turnkey contracts. The client points out that the stated upper financial limit is based on previous consumption as well as an assessment of future needs. The estimate is not binding on the client. Call-off takes place in due course as the client's needs materialize. Suppliers must be aware that changes in economic and/or political framework conditions may result in the estimated number of assignments being increased/reduced.
