The need for coagulant is assumed to be approx. 2000 tonnes per year. The agency will enter framework agreement with one supplier. The agreement is exclusive. The framework agreement's maximum value is NOK 100, 000, 000 ex. VAT for the entire contract period. The estimate was made on the basis of historical figures and expected future use at the Client's best judgement. The the specific withdrawal depends on the agency's changing needs during the contract period. It is specified that the agreement does not entail any purchase obligation for VAV.
