Framework agreement for pruning, felling, grubbing and maintenance of the tree heritage of the Town of Blanc-Mesnil and the Nanteuil-le-Haudouin holiday center The purpose of this consultation is to enter into a framework agreement with purchase orders for pruning, felling, grubbing and maintenance of the tree heritage of the Town of Blanc-Mesnil and the Nanteuil-le-Haudouin Holiday Center. In accordance with articles L. 2113-10 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code, the consultation is broken down into two separate lots: Lot No. 1: Architectural pruning, including the maintenance and recovery of trees brought into architectural forms as well as, where applicable, the pruning of hedges assimilated to these structured treatments; Lot n°2: Size in free form, felling, dismantling, grubbing, possible devitalization, interventions for cohabitation with the environment, urgent interventions and penalty. Each lot constitutes a separate framework agreement. Each lot is allocated to a single operator economic. Lot No. 1 is a framework agreement with purchase orders at mixed prices, comprising a fixed price portion (DPGF) for scheduled structured-size services, and a unit price portion (BPU) for one-off or corrective services. falling under Lot 1.
