The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement without the renewal of competition between the contracting authority and one supplier, on the basis of which public contracts for the services specified below will be awarded. The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded on the basis of a framework of the agreement will be the provision of programming services related to the CLARIN-DSpace software. The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded on the basis of a framework agreement is broadly specified in the draft framework agreement (Appendix No. 2 of the procurement documentation) and in specification of the subject of performance (Annex No. 5 of the procurement documentation).
