_In accordance with the NFS70-003 standard, the main characteristics of the need are linked to obtaining the precise location in class A of sensitive and non-sensitive networks and buried structures through identification campaigns carried out in-situ and the production of topographical reports. The main characteristics of the needs for this framework agreement are: Location of sensitive structures using detection processes or intrusive surveys; Georeferencing localized works; If applicable, the identification of structures or sections of structures that could not be located in class A; Restitution on plan of the survey files of each located structure; Restitution of the summary plan localized works. _This is a framework agreement executed according to the services implemented, by the issuance of purchase orders or by the conclusion of subsequent contracts in application of articles R2162-2 to R2162-14 of the order code public The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 4 years from its date of notification It is tacitly renewable once for a period of 4 years The framework agreement will be concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 8, 000, 000 euro(s) excluding tax for its entire duration Subject to a sufficient number of admissible applications with regard in particular to the conditions of participation appearing in this call for competition and in the rule...
